Official rules and regulations governing the 100 Club community lottery.
Purpose
The purpose of the Woodham Walter Village Hall 100 Club is to maintain and develop facilities for the Village Hall as a resource for the community.

1.The 100 Club will be run in annual cycles starting in November and will hold 12 monthly draws. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Annual fees are due by 30th October.
2.For a cost of £12 per year (£1 per draw) you will be allocated a number which will be entered into each draw (the same number each time). An individual can buy more than one number. You will be issued with your number for reference.
3.The fee for each number is to be paid annually in advance by 30 October and is non-refundable. Each number is deemed to have been reserved from the first draw it is entered until the end of that annual cycle and is not transferable.
4.Signing up will be via our website where you can also pay your annual fees or using the paper form where payment can be made by BACS to Woodham Walter Village Hall (Account: 49744232 Sort Code: 60-13-37) or cash if this is not possible. Individuals can join at any time during the year by paying pro rata for the remaining months of the annual fee.
5.The prizes will be 50% of the available pot. E.g., When we have sold 100 numbers it would be apportioned as: 1st prize £25, 2nd prize £15, 3rd prize £10.
6.The Woodham Walter Village Hall 100 Club is registered under the Gambling Act 2005 with Maldon District Council, Licence No: 25/00056, and is open to all local residents, their family and friends. Members must be aged 18 or over.
7.The draw will be organised by members of the Village Hall Committee, conducted in the presence of two or more persons including at least one Village Hall Committee member. This will usually take place on the Third Thursday of the month at Walter’s Community Cafe in the Village Hall between 10am and 12pm.
8.The winners will be paid by bank transfer or cash.
9.Each month’s winning numbers will be notified on the Village Hall noticeboard and website. Winner names are published only with separate permission; otherwise they are shown as "Name Withheld". Every effort will be made to contact winners by telephone or email if we have your details.
10.The 100 Club will be run by Woodham Walter Village Hall Committee. In the case of any dispute the decision of the Committee will be final.
11.If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into Village Hall funds after six months.
12.Your personal details will be stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
